Teton National Park is in northwestern Wyoming, just south of Yellowstone National Park. It was established in 1929. We haven’t been here in over 10 years and were looking forward to seeing the striking Teton range, but haze from all the western fires almost completely hid them from view on some days. Sheridan, Wyoming & Little Bighorn, Montana
From Cody, Wyoming we went back to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains to explore Story and Sheridan, Wyoming. We then headed north to the Little Bighorn River in Montana to see the historic battlefield. The drive through these mountains was absolutely stunning!

Buffalo Bill, Cody, & Yellowstone Wyoming
From the Bighorns we headed west to Cody, Wyoming. It rained most of the time we were there, but that didn’t stop us from exploring and enjoying the area. The local homemade food was delicious.

Devils Tower, Crazy Woman, Buffalo Wyoming
From Larchwood, Iowa we headed west to Devils Tower National Monument and the Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming. After Devils Tower, we stayed in Buffalo to drive the Crazy Woman Canyon.
