Voyageurs is in northern Minnesota at the Canadian border. The voyageurs were French-Canadian fur traders who settled in the area. Now, the area is popular among boaters and fishermen.

Roosevelt National Park, North Dakota
Theodore Roosevelt first visited the North Dakota Badlands in 1883. He was an avid hunter and conservationist. Back in the 1800s, he was very aware of the devastating effects of America depleting it’s natural resources.

Montana is one of the larger and less populated states in America. It’s one of our favorites. We would have loved to have gone back to Glacier and Yellowstone this year, but our goal is to be in New England for fall then Florida for the winter so we had to cut our time short in this beautiful state.
